You guys. This couple is so amazing and I’m so in love with their snowy engagement session in the Beartooths, it will be one of my favorite shoots probably forever.
Firstly let me tell you about how I met Hanna. One day last May I get an email from an Amanda saying “My sister is going to be getting married and I was wondering if you could send me your wedding packages?” Heck yes! So we emailed back and forth for a while, but I never heard from her sister after sending my info. Then a month later I get a message on Instagram from the sweetest, loveliest girl…Hanna. All the message said was “I just got engaged and NEED you as my photographer!!” Come to find out it was Hanna that wanted my info before she was engaged, and used Amanda so as to not appear crazy haha. Right from there I’ve been pretty much obsessed with her haha.
So we planned for this shoot in the Beartooths, that is to say, the best place on earth. It was cloudy, windy, and cold, but Nate hugged, cuddled, and held his sweet fiancé in an effort to keep her warm. Every time she put on his coat I was like oh wait let’s shoot here, poor girl. We took a couple breaks in the truck too to warm up a bit, but I’m sure they had to thaw out for the next two days. Towards the end of the shoot there was just a snowflake here and there, but by the time we drove out of the Beartooths it was almost a full on blizzard. Therefore we stopped once more for one more photo, I can’t help myself. After that last stop we parted ways and drove home in said blizzard.
I hope everyone enjoys this snowy engagement session in our Beartooths and all the greens, moodiness, and sweet looks and embraces. These two are such beautiful people inside and out, can’t wait for their wedding in August!
